The chaos surrounding the Victory Pro Wrestling Women’s Championship began at Hallowed Ground 2023, when Valentina Vasquez, then reigning champion, was set to defend her title against The Unwilting Tatiana and The Unforgiven Salem. But the match never unfolded as planned.
Before the contest, Vasquez launched a brutal attack on Salem, reducing the championship defense to a one-on-one match against Tatiana. However, the resilient Salem returned mid-match, her interference helping crown the unsuspecting Tatiana as the new champion and ending Vasquez’s historic 666-day reign.
Tatiana and Salem’s feud escalated into a series of intense battles, while Vasquez seemingly vanished from VPW. Tatiana’s reign was cut short, losing the championship to Kaia McKenna after outside distractions from Salem, who had never forgotten her stolen moment at Hallowed Ground.
Salem finally claimed her place atop the division by defeating The Gift of Gab Gabby Ortiz at the Gold Rush Rumble, becoming the VPW Women’s Champion—a title she felt was destined to be hers.
Salem’s first title defense showcased her dominance against both newcomer Nat Castle and the returning Scarlett Meiden in Connecticut’s Riverfront Rumble 3. But Salem’s return to Bay Shore brought old enemies back into the fold. While facing The Outlier Kyla Knight, Salem was blindsided by Tatiana, who made her intentions for the championship clear.
At Blue November, Tatiana was given a championship rematch, one she felt she never had. Instead of a wrestling contest, the event turned into an all-out brawl, spilling into chaos. The surprise return of Valentina Vasquez that night made one thing clear—the “Forever Champion” wanted her title back.
Now, the stage is set for Disorderly Conduct, where Salem will defend her championship against both Tatiana and Vasquez in a Bay Shore Street Fight, as chosen by the fans.
In this no-holds-barred match, the action can go anywhere in Bay Shore, and anything can be used as a weapon. The only rule: a pinfall or submission will crown the victor.
Will Salem solidify her reign, or will Tatiana reclaim the championship she believes is rightfully hers? Can Valentina Vasquez prove she truly is the “Forever Champion” and regain the championship she feels she never lost?
