It was a triple threat match for the Victory Pro Wrestling Women’s Championship. The “forever champion” Valentina Vasquez to defend the title against the Unwilting Tatiana and the Unforgiven Salem in October of 2023, but that match did not happen.
Before the match, Salem was attacked by Valentina, taking her out of the match. It became a one-on-one contest between Valentina and Tatiana, and after a 666 day reign, Tatiana would become the new champion.
But not without an assist from Salem, who came mid-match to exact some revenge on Valentina. After sending her into the steel guardrails and kicking her in the head, Salem shoved Valentina into the ring, with Tatiana unsure of what happened.
Tatiana had said before she felt it was unfair for Salem to have her title opportunity stolen from her, so at VPW Before the Storm, Tatiana will be defending the title against Salem. But is that a wise move?
Salem has since joined Catch Point to train at, adding to her already impressive training background at Monster Factory. She seems poised and ready to give Tatiana a run for her money, one that may end the Unwilting Era in VPW.
