The Kings of New York tournament continues to heat up as the field fills with some of the top tag teams in Victory Pro Wrestling and beyond. With teams like The Audacity, Social Influence, The Body Snatchers, and Security Inc. already announced, two more teams have entered the fray—each with their sights set on earning a future shot at the VPW Tag Team Championships.
The Even Stevens, a two-time former VPW Tag Team Champion duo of Steve Somerset and Stephen Azure, are no strangers to championship success and high-pressure situations. As one of VPW’s most decorated tag teams, they know what it takes to reach the top, and the Kings of New York tournament presents the perfect opportunity for them to reclaim their spot in the championship conversation.
Standing in their way is The Working Class, the blue-collar duo of Diego el Trabajador and Eddie the Sweeper, who have been steadily climbing the VPW tag team ranks. Fresh off a big win against QGTM at Wrestling for the Win, they have the momentum necessary to pull off a major upset against the former champions.
However, Even Stevens are also coming off a hard-fought victory against the Major League Blondes at the same event, proving they are just as ready for the challenge ahead. With both teams riding the high of recent wins, their tournament showdown promises to be an intense battle of experience versus determination.
