He was on the verge of winning it all when at the end of the day, it was a VPW original that stole the spotlight from him.
In January, he was Coach Mammone, when Jay Delta and Eric James robbed him of the King of New York tournament. In August, he was Stockade, who was robbed when Kyler KHAN betrayed him and cost him the Victory Pro Wrestling championship.
It won’t be the first time Mammone and Stockade team up against The Influence. This time they will be facing the incarnation of Jay Delta and Kyler KHAN to exact some revenge.
Delta almost robbed Mammone of the Gold Rush Rumble victory, using his scepter to brutalize him near the end of the match. Earlier, Stockade eliminated KHAN and chased him to the back.
VPW Commissioner Kevin Fulton refused to comment to VictoryProWrestling.com other than he signed the match to exact revenge for his fellow Influence partners.
