In the final show of 2022, Victory Pro Wrestling’s Disorderly Conduct lived up to it’s name.
The show started off with VPW Champion Jack Tomlinson, without the championship belt he had earned, calling out Mike Anthony. The champion wanted his title back, and vowed to finally beat Mike Anthony once and for all.
The King of R&B Stan Michaels def. Jey Mesias (representing Delta House with Nick Robles)
- Their first encounter was at VPW’s Rage in Ronkonkoma. Mesias stole the win then, but this was an opportunity for Mesias to bring another win to Delta House.
- The match was a good back-and-forth contest, but the result would not be the same as Stan Michaels was able to pick up the win.
VPW WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP
Valentina Vasquez (champion) def. Sammi Chaos
- Valentina Vasquez was scheduled to meet another opponent but at the last minute, they were not cleared to perform. Sammi Chaos stepped in to take her place.
- The two clashes in style were very apparent. Sammi took advantage of the size advantage and dominated most of the match.
- Valentina used her experience to outmaneuver the challenger and pick up the victory.
Dr Cool Jay Klang def. Francis Kip Stevens
- Something was off with Kip Stevens, as he showed a more sinister side to his attacks in this match.
- Dr Cool played to the fans but also was able to take control to pick up the win.
- After the match, Kip attacked Dr Cool, leading Phil Cardigan to come to the ring to help control his friend. For his troubles, Kip knocked Cardigan down, thus maybe ending the friendship, as Kip left Cardigan and Dr Cool in the ring.
The Infamous Adam Cain (w/ Silk E Smooth) def. Kaide Lothbrok (w/ Foxy Foxxy)
- Kaide Lothbrok was in control of this match, but Adam Cain gave up a fight.
- The experience of Lothbrok was a bit too much for Cain to handle.
- Silk did try to get involved, but Foxy countered. Delta House’s Nick Robles came out to attack Kaide, giving Cain the chance to steal the win.
Eric James def. Jay Delta
Special Guest Referee Mister Tibbs
- Jay Delta and Eric James have had Victory Pro Wrestling championships ten times over. This match was a clinic, raising the bar as high as one can go.
- In a 15 minute classic, they tore each other apart and pushed themselves to new limits.
- Eric James was able to score the victory after an incredible battle with one of the legendary stars of Victory Pro Wrestling.
TAG TEAM TURMOIL MATCH
TOP CONTENDERS MATCH FOR THE VPW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Cain Industries def. Coffee and Wine
- KJ Mack and Anthony Gangone defeated Coffee and Wine, but not before Filipinot Grigio was attacked. Cardigan went on as long as he could before finally falling short.
Security Inc def. Cain Industries
- The team of Ronnie Moses and Malcom Murray came through for the win to advance to the next stage in the Tag Team Turmoil.
Security Inc def. The Even Stevens
- The former VPW Tag Team Champions wanted a way back to the top of the division and after a beatdown from Cain Industries, it looks like a cake walk for the brothers Stevens, but the fire and desire from Moses and Murray put the Even Stevens on lock down as Security Inc survived and won.
VPW NEW YORK STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
Dezmond Cole (champion) def. BACKMAN (with Johnny Collins)
- The match was supposed to be Johnny Collins against Dezmond Cole, as the Pretty Boy had been taunting everyone about how he would be the next Triple Crown champion in VPW. Instead, he brought out a man he announced as “similar in stature” – the 6’5″ 280 lb monster from Australia, BACKMAN.
- The beast from down under was in control for a big part of the match, manhandling the champion, but the home town crowd in Bay Shore kept Da Big Boofa in the match.
- With Cole regaining control. Collins started flipping out and started yelling at BACKMAN to get back into it. This was enough to distract the challenge and allow Cole to pick up the victory and retain the championship.
Dante Drago def. Mister Tibbs
- Drago and Tibbs circled each other before finally locking up. Tibbs and Drago went back and forth in a show stealer clash.
- Delta House’s Nick Robles tried to come out to save Drago, but Foxy Foxxy and Kaide Lothbrok came out to even the odds.
- This was enough to keep the referee busy as Drago stole the win after a low blow to Tibbs.
VICTORY PRO WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP
Mike Anthony def. Jack Tomlinson ** NEW CHAMPION **
- The mind games continued as the ring announcer introduced Mike Anthony twice before he came out to the ring with the stolen VPW Championship.
- The two battled inside and outside the ring, tearing each other apart while trying to dominate the contest.
- After finally getting the upper hand, the referee was knocked down. This allowed the Rat Bastards to run interference and give Mike Anthony the advantage to steal the championship.
Jack Tomlinson flipped out after the match. He could not believe he lost the top prize and wanted a microphone. He called out Mike Anthony.
VPW Notorious, February 11. Best of three falls match for the VPW Championship.
Jack would do anything to get the belt back, including offering Mike Anthony a chance to choose a stipulation of his choice for one of the falls. Jack would pick the second, and if they needed a third and final fall, Jack said he didn’t care… VPW Commissioner Kevin Fulton could decide.
Has Jack bitten off more than he can chew?
What will happen Saturday night February 11th when Victory Pro Wrestling returns to Pro Game Athletics in Bay Shore for VPW Notorious?
