VPW Championship
Mack Daddy Flexx w/ “Ultra Sexy” Joe So Delicious d. Xander Page w/ Jay Delta
The night began with Eclipse not even waiting for the ring announcer to welcome the fans. Jay Delta decided to take that responsibility on himself. Eclipse mentioned how since Nick Saint wasn’t in the building, the scheduled VPW Tag Team Championship match was off. Delta said that Flames wasn’t off the hook just because his partner wasn’t there and he would take care of him later on in a singles match. Eclipse offered any team that wanted some gold to come out and face them right then. Mack Daddy Flexx and Joe So Delicious answered the call. Flexx said that he wanted to be a double champion and that Joe really wanted some gold since he hasn’t had any luck beating him. Eclipse accepted but not before adding a twist. They said that they’d only put up the VPW Tag Team Championship if Flexx put up his belt right now. Flexx agreed and was able to defeat Xander Page, allowing for the tag team match later in the night.
Funky Fresh Boyz (K-Funk & K-Fresh) d. Main Men (Mike Magnum & Johnny “Muscles” Marinara
The Funky Fresh Boyz were finally able to settle their feud with the Main Men. After weeks of not appearing on the same page, Muscles and Magnum had a shoving match following their loss. It looks the Main Men had enough of each other for good this time.
“Cuban Crippler” Ricky Reyes d. Johnny Armani
Two of VPW’S best tore it up but in the end the Cuban Crippler was too much for Armani
Flames w/ Mikey Old School d. Jay Delta
Flames successfully defeated one half of the VPW Tag Team Champions. Whether he will be able to take that championship is another question.
The Jerry Fitzwater Show
In a bizarre edition of the Jerry Fitzwater Show, we saw a little bit of everything. Fitzwater’s sidekick caveman, Grop, broke a large piece of wood over his head and then ate some yummy live worms. Fitzwater then declared that he had his eye on a lovely lady in the back and called out Black Rose of all people. Rose seems to dig Jerry. Finally Fitzwater called out his final guest VSK. VSK discussed his battles with E.J. Risk over the New York State Championship and their upcoming two out of three falls match later in the night. Risk came out and interrupted the interview, making it clear that he would be the champion by the time the night was over.
Zombie d. Razzle Dazzle w/ Jacob Hendrix
After months of fighting, the Zombie finished off Razzle Dazzle with some brain munching. Zombie then cracked Razzle’s musical sidekick over the head with a wooden guitar.
Minyon d. Jason Static w/ “The Answer” Pete Simmons
In a battle that started over lost love and saw deceit endure, Minyon was able to overcome the former VPW Champion, Jason Static. This was despite Static calling in his old stablemate to corner him. Simmons tried to play it dirty, but the referee had enough and ejected him from ringside. Once the sides were even, Minyon was victorious in one of the best matches that either has competed in.
VPW Tag Team Championship
“The Resurrection of Tag Team Wrestling” Eclipse d. Mack Daddy Flexx & “Ultra Sexy” Joe So Delicious
It looked like we were about to see new tag team champions when Eclipse tried to use the tag titles as a weapon. That changed the course of VPW history. Flexx had the same idea as Eclipse and wanted to use them for his team to win. Shockingly, Joe was against cheating and while they argued, the crafty champions seized the day in one of the biggest wins of their careers. Following the match, Joe told Flexx that they could have had them without cheating. Flexx said that he could have been a double champion, but thanks to Joe, that was not happening. Flexx got heated, but then appeared to cool off. Appearances can be deceiving as Flexx attached his long time friend and told the fans they could go to hell.
Reggaedones & Tina San Antonio confront Dani DT
Having been absent for some time, Reggaedones and Tina San Antonio made their returns at Carnage in Centereach V. Tina said that she had a problem with Dani DT. Dani came out to confront Tina. Reggaedones and Tina quickly attacked Dani.
Two out of Three Falls
New York State Championship
VSK d. E.J. Risk
In a match to hopefully settle the score, VSK retained his NYS Championship against his rival. Fall one went to VSK, fall two went to Risk, and the final fall went to VSK for the win. Risk has had a fair share of opportunities, so it’ll be interesting to see where both men go next.
