Masha Slamovich returns to Centereach and takes home the VPW Women’s Championship.
It all started with VPW Champion EJ Risk called to the ring to read an announcement prepared by VPW Commissioner Kevin Fulton, which read, in part, that Mister Tibbs would get his championship match against EJ Risk, but with a twist.
It would be a best of three series, with the winner choosing the stipulation for the next match at October’s Monster Mash. If needed, the third match would be at November’s Disorderly Conduct.
This brought out Mister Tibbs. Together, they each talked about respect they had for each other, being VPW originals, and all the battles they’ve had.
The last time they fought, Mister Tibbs put EJ Risk on the shelf. This time… it would be another story, if Risk has it his way.

WOMEN’S DIVISION MATCH
Karen Bam Bam vs Eris Rayne
- Eris apologized for what happened at the last show, that it was just wrestling and she was sorry
- Karen did not hear this, and put on a beat down
- Eris came back to steal the win
WINNER: ERIS RAYNE
Coach Mammone came out to host a brand new talk segment “Coach’s Corner” with his first guest being Steve Gibki. They talked about the prior month’s show, and how Tony, Steve’s cousin, put his nose where it should not be. That Commissioner Kevin Fulton and Jay Delta would not be in the building for their safety. Coach then pulled out an envelope and announced, per Commissioner Fulton, Gibki would be in a tag team contest. The issue: Tony was banned from the building.
TAG TEAM MATCH
Grammar Cop/Giant Andre vs Lawrence Spiral/Pancake
- This was not a good match, Grammar Cop and the Giant Andre. They each tried to eclipse each other, both in their entrance and during the match
- Pancake got the crowd going, and Spiral kept the match moving.
- The complete and total breakdown between Grammar Cop and Andre was their downfall
WINNERS: PANCAKE/LAWRENCE SPIRAL
After the match, Andre attacked Grammar Cop. Fighter Cat came to make the save, but Grammar Cop walked out instead of shaking his hand
SINGLES MATCH
Absolute Alvin vs Stockade
- The Devil’s Outlaw came to VPW looking for a fight and found one with Alvin
- Two big men battling it out, the fans were going back and forth with this one
- Stockade dominated the end, with his 12 Gauge finisher, until two men ran to the ring and caused enough distraction for Alvin to use a rusted turnbuckle to knock Stockade out.
WINNER: ABSOLUTE ALVIN ALVAREZ
After the match, Alvin introduced the two men, Alex and Ryan, as part of his new Absolute Brand, before Stockade came back and cleared the ring.
SINGLES MATCH
Kyler Khan vs Fighter Cat
- “Casual” Kyler came to the ring all fun and games, but once the bell rang, it was all business for the former Kai Katana.
- Fighter Cat kept up with and surpassed Khan, looking for the win
- After the referee was distracted, Khan grabbed a bamboo stick and obliterated Fighter Cat, causing the disqualification
WINNER BY DISQUALIFICATION: Fighter Cat
After the match, Khan continued to destroy Fighter Cat with the broken bamboo stick until Grammar Cop came to make the save. Khan was escorted to the back by the officials, leaving Fighter Cat and Grammar Cop in the ring together.
This time, Grammar Cop not just shook Fighter Cat’s hand, but embraced him in the ring, showing true gratitude and sportsmanship.
VPW WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP
Masha Slamovich vs “The Alien” Kris Stadtlander
- Before the match, Slamovich reminded the fans that Kris was “White Girl,” that she was brought in as the “new White Girl,” and that was pure garbage. She was legit, and she wanted the champion tonight.
- Stadtlander had a combined 469 days as VPW Women’s Champion prior to the match, and she dominated as such throughout the match
- Slamovich showed a ruthless side and kept up with Stadtlander as one of her toughest challenges to date
- Stadtlander locked her in a Rings of Saturn submission, and things looked like it was time to retain until Karen Bam Bam came out to talk trash. Eris Rayne stormed from the back to keep Bam Bam from interfering, but the distraction was enough for Slamovich to roll up the champion and steal the win

Coach Mammone/Razzle Dazzle vs Jersey Muscle Steve Gibki and…..
- Before the match started, Gibki introduced his partner for the night… straight outta Compton, Francis Kip Stevens!
- The match went back and forth, and Coach and Dazzle showed a unique teamwork
- Stevens took a beating but kept on ticking, fighting his way into the match again and again
- A low blow attempt by Coach Mammone was the beginning of the end. Gibki blocked it and knocked him out with his spinning TKO drop, and then followed up with the same for Razzle Dazzle as Coach Mammone, who started to get back up, ate a vicious spear from Stevens

VPW Champion EJ Risk (0-0) vs Mister Tibbs (0-0)
- At the Gold Rush Rumble, Mister Tibbs pinned EJ Risk to be the Gold Rush Rumble champion. Tonight it was about the VPW Championship, and the right to choose the stipulation for next month’s match
- Tibbs and Risk showed the fans 10 years of classic VPW work ethic and tension, as through the years, they faced each other on many occasions.
- The way they worked, knowing each others moves and actions, hitting each other with everything they had, fighting for the first time together for Victory Pro Wrestling’s top prize, made the match an epic clash
- A buckle bomb in the corner caught the referee, knocking him down. This gave Tibbs a chance to capitalize and lock in a submission, with EJ Risk tapping out. Tibbs broke the hold but then realized the official missed it.
- While Tibbs was checking on the official, Risk snuck a roll up and stole the win, going 1-0 in the series
