“Let your voices be heard and give me an easy match losers,” said VPW Champion Mister Tibbs on social media when the ballots for Fans Choice ’19 went live.
At Fans Choice ’19, Tibbs will represent The Influence and team with King of New York Jay Delta to face the challenge of Stockade and Coach Mammone.
That also started with social media. After sending Alvin Alvarez through two doors at the Doorway to Hell match at Glory Days, Stockade set his eyes on the VPW Championship with this tweet, “I think it’s time to start going after a title in @vpw_wrestling hey @mister_tibbs_wrestling looking at you brother.” In response, VPW Commissioner Kevin Fulton quickly signed Stockade to a match against The Giant Andre.
Fast forward to the main event at the Queen of New York show, with The Influence – Tibbs, Delta, and VPW New York State Champion Eric James – were in a match against Coach Mammone and Steve Gibki. With the numbers in the favor of the Influence, Stockade came out with a chair and was ready for action.
This lead to a distraction in the ring, with Coach Mammone pinning Mister Tibbs for the victory, and the Influence high-tailing it from Centereach.
Now Stockade will join Mammone against The Influence at Fans Choice ’19, where you choose the stipulations.
- Will it be a regular tag team match?
- Will it be a Kiss my Foot match?
- Will it be a Tag Team Door match?
YOU get to decide what will happen next when Victory Pro Wrestling returns to Centereach for Fans Choice ’19 on Saturday June 8!
