Six months into the reign of the Unwilting Era, The Unforgiven Salem appeared, causing Tatiana to fall to Kaia McKenna. This was not the first time Salem has been involved in Tatiana’s matches, as she was also there at the beginning.
At VPW Hallowed Ground, it was to be a triple threat. Both Tatiana and Salem meeting the defending “Forever Champion” Valentina Vasquez, but an injury kept Salem from competing. We would learn Valentina was the cause of the injury, and Salem made sure Valentina would not forget.
A distraction lead to Salem returning, attacking Valentina, then sending the limp champion to the ring, feeding Tatiana an easy victory.
At VPW Before the Storm, Valentina would get her flowers, attacking Salem during her title match with Tatiana. Furious, Salem seemingly already had plotted her revenge.
At VPW Blood Sweat and 18 Years, Salem appeared at ringside, stalking the current champion, but not interfering. This was enough for Tatiana to be distracted enough for Kaia to claim the VPW Women’s Championship, her first in her career, while leaving Tatiana in the ring.
