You guys sold out the first and second rows, and that made VPW Management open up a third row for sale online! That’s awesome!
Now, let’s get down to business.
IF YOU PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE
Your PayPal receipt will have your Order number, which we will have at Will Call outside the VFW Hall by the side entrance.
WILL CALL WILL BE OPENED
6:45pm to 7:15pm
You will need the following Saturday night:
- Drivers license or other photo ID
- Your entire party must come in together. If you have any stragglers, you must wait for them before we let you in through Will Call
If you want to bring your receipt, you can do that as well. We will have a list with your name, phone number, email address, the total number of tickets you ordered, and what the order number is.
Your seats will also be reserved. Of course, we’ll do everything we can to keep all the parties for larger groups (someone bought 19 tickets!) together.
Make sure you are outside the VFW Hall by the side entrance before 6:45pm. We will have this door open for Will Call entry until 7:15. At that point, all others will have to go through the main entrance in the parking lot.
YOUR SEATS WILL STILL BE RESERVED!!
You’re just going to have to wait on line with everyone else to get in.
