Tomlinson and Donovan Set for High-Stakes Rematch at Haunted Ground Oct. 12

The last time Jack Tomlinson faced Bryce Donovan, the Victory Pro Wrestling Championship was on the line. Inside a steel cage at Blood, Sweat, and 18 Years, Tomlinson fought to reclaim the top prize from Donovan, but failed to do so.

Dante Drago, Tomlinson’s Delta House partner, entered the cage, turning the match into a double-team effort against the champion. But they overlooked Donovan’s Shook Crew partner, AEW star Platinum Max Caster, who shocked the crowd by evening the odds.

Six months later, the landscape has shifted. Donovan is no longer the Victory Pro Wrestling champion, and Tomlinson has since won the 2024 Gold Rush Rumble.

The outcome of this contest could shape the future of VPW. Donovan is seeking to regain momentum for a potential challenge against Leo Sparrow for the VPW Championship. Meanwhile, Tomlinson aims to build on his Rumble victory, staying prepared to challenge any champion of his choice.
