Last year, Victory Pro Wrestling visited the state of Connecticut for the first time. This summer, we look to do it again!
Naji Chester-Payne, the Town Laureate for Portland, Connecticut, invited Victory Pro Wrestling to cross state lines once again to help raise money for A Fight Against Cancer and the American Cancer Society in an incredible event for fans of wrestling and a good cause.
On Saturday August 26, we return to Portland Riverfront Park for another afternoon of fun and excitement featuring the stars of Victory Pro Wrestling including the return of Little Mean Kathleen, Clara Carerras, and the debut of Mantequilla!
Victory Pro Wrestling tag team champions The Rat Bastards will also be in Connecticut, as well as Anthony Gangone, Dr Cool Jay Klang, and several other VPW stars!
This is a free event, but we do ask that you reach out to the event coordinator for “A Fight Against Cancer” Naji Chester-Payne at (860) 338-5441 to reserve seating.
Keep in mind that while this is a free event, you are welcome to donate to raise money for “A Fight Against Cancer” as they will donate all proceeds to the American Cancer Society.
Last year’s event featured Jack Tomlinson, Mike Anthony, Bryce Donovan, and Johnny Collins. This year we look to bring back the excitement that is Victory Pro Wrestling.
Not only did we have new fans come to see Victory Pro Wrestling for the first time, long time fans travelled to Connecticut to support us on the road!
