Carnage in Centereach VII featured a lot of excitement with the New York State Championship double-count out between Romeo Roselli and champion Kevin Fulton, the return to Victory Pro Wrestling of Los Ben Dejos as they challenged Ricky Reyes and EJ Risk for the VPW Tag Team titles, but it was the main event that blew the roof off the VFW Hall in Centereach.
